Chocolate tart topped with forest fruits

Very warm hello!
As a chocolate lover I can hardly resist such a combination. Red fruits melted in a chocolate cream, absolutely delicious! A huge advantage of this recipe is its simplicity, it takes particularly no time to prepare it, yet its a very charming dessert idea for many occasions! You can either bake a very quick tart or make it even more simple by mixing for example oreo cookies with butter/baking margarine. It seems fairly easy right? Lets just try it then and enjoy a little chocolate treat! :-)
Ingredients:
Dough:
225 g flour
1 egg
160 g butter/baking margarine
70 g icing sugar
2-3 spoons of cocoa
1/2 tea spoon baking powder
1 table spoon vanilla sugar
Or if you would like the last minute version of dough
160 g of cocoa or petit beurre like butter cookies, or oreo cookies
40 g of butter
Chocolate mousse:
25 g cocoa
60 g white sugar
200 ml cream 36 %
60 ml water
100 g butter/ baking margarine
200 g dark chocolate
400 g fores fruits
Step by step
Mix all the ingredients using food processor. You can of also work the dough manually. In this case mix flour, coca, sugar and egg and together before blending in butter/margarine with your fingers. Place the dough into plastic wrap and let it cool down in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Roll the pre - cooled dough into the baking form/tart tin (28 cm) and cover it with a baking paper. Then place approximately two cups of baking beans or normal beans on top of the paper. This will prevent your tart rising while being baked. Pre-bake the dough for 12-15 minutes in 190 °C. Then remove both, the paper and the beans and bake for the next 10-15 minutes. Let the dough cool down for a couple of minutes.
In the meantime prepare the chocolate mousse. In a small pot, mix cocoa, sugar and water. Warm up the mixture slowly. Pour in cream step-wise until you obtain a homogeneous chocolate batter. Then add butter/baking margarine warm up the mixture once again and mix with spatula. Finally add chocolate (preferably chopped or cut into small pieces). Mix until chocolate melts and blends in the chocolate mixture. Pour the chocolate mousse onto the cooled down dough, let it solidify for about 30 minutes (to facilitate the process, place it in the fridge). Decorate the tart with fresh forest fruits. You can of course also decorate it with raspberries only if you prefer. Place the cake into the fridge for a couple more hours (preferably overnight). Bon apetit! :-)
