Sweet buns with walnut-chocolate crumble!

Hello on Sunday evening!
I had a real blast today preparing these sweet buns with walnut-chocolate crumble topping! Warm and sweet, soft and truly amazing little thing that will also make a perfect match with the morning coffee. You are gonna love them! Here is the recipe. :)
Ingredients (6 buns):
265 g flour
45 g white sugar
12 g fresh yeast
45 g of butter / baking margarine
125 ml milk
1 egg
1/2 tea spoon salt
Crumble:
45 g flour
45 g walnuts
55 g white sugar
30 g butter (baking margarine)
a little bit of salt
Step by step
To activate fresh yeast, stir it with warm milk, approximately 60 ml. Add 1 tea spoon of sugar and 1 table spoon of flour, mix gently and let it stand (covered by kitchen dish towel) for about 15 minutes in a dry and warm place.
Sift flour into a mixing bowl, add salt and sugar. Pour the activated yeast solution into the center of the flour mixture. Stir to combine. Add milk, egg and butter (room temperature or slightly melted) and once again mix carefully (I used wooden spatula). Knead dough until it is elastic. It may be sticky at the beginning, but should not stick to the fingers as you continue to work it for a couple more minutes. You can also add a little flour to facilitate the process. Form the dough into a ball and place it in a floured bowl, in a dry and warm place for about 1-2 h until it doubles it's size.
Once the dough has doubled its size, knead it for a minute to remove air. Divide the dough into 6 pieces and form 6 buns, approximately 75 g each. Cover the buns with a baking towel and let them stand in a warm place for additional 30-45 minutes. The buns should again double the size. In the meantime prepare the crumble by mixing flour with sugar, chopped walnuts and grated chocolate. When the buns have grown in size, use a bottom of the glass to make a cavity in the middle of each bun. Push the dough until you touch the bottom, but remember to do it carefully and not to make a hole in it. Fill the cavity with the prepared crumble. Grate some additional flakes of chocolate as a final touch and place the buns in the oven pre-heated to 180º C. Bake the buns for approximately 15-18 minutes. Let the buns cool down for a little while. I decided to cover my buns with some additional lime - flavored icing. Bon apetit! :-)
